The Asherah Institute hopes to partner with clinical and non-clinical advisors — those already in the hormonal mental health field, those with lived experience, and those with shared passions.

To maximize time and expertise, our general Advisory Committee is organized into the following subcommittees.
Clinical & Psychoeducational Curriculum
- —Digestible psychoeducational curriculum on biology and hormones during specific hormonal transitions
- —Evidence-based measurement tools for Institute programs
- —Potential hormonal mental health research opportunities and emerging evidence
Peer Group Support & Community-Building
- —Strategies for hosting a successful peer support group
- —Tools to facilitate positive dialogue on hormonal mental health
- —Tools to identify and not perpetuate stigmas
Lived Experience
- —Shared passion for women's mental health and hormones
- —Personal stories or insights from any of the five hormonal transitions as to how an Asherah Circle could help in your journey
- —Personal stories from peer group support or healing communities relating to women's mental health and hormones
- —Wisdom from community organizers, doulas, and group facilitators
- —Perspectives that widen the diversity and inclusion of all those we hope to reach
Reflection, Healing, & Ritual
- —Strategies to create reflection prompts; and to hold space for trauma-informed, consent-based story sharing
- —Strategies and ritual to identify and catalyze stigma release
- —Strategies and ritual to imprint/manifest collective healing and empowerment
Non-Profit Administration & Growth
